We love getting our Bengals out and about to shows, many of them love to show off and meet people, and we love promoting the breed with good looking, friendly cats ! It is wonderful to get feedback from the judges on our cats.

Siamese & Shorthair Cat Club Inc. 2011 Kitten & Cat Carnival FORESTVILLE 13 March

What a fun show, we took 5 kittens for their first show, there were many lovely cats there and some serious competition. All the kittens were wonderful on the drive down, and behaved very well during judging.

RESULTS:

Tarmac Good Magic - Female Kitten (Brown spotted) A right little Miss at home, she was in her element and loved showing off for the judges. Magic had an extremely calm temperament and really enjoyed being held and showed off. We got some lovely comments on her type and build, and were up against some excellent competition. Magic will be looking forward to more shows this year, we are so glad she enjoyed the experience!

Tarmac Sassy Snowflake - Female Kitten (Sepia spotted) Our Sweet purr princess at home, Sassy was her usual dependable good natured self and we got some nice comments on her head shape, texture and contrast. Sassy spent the afternoon behind her curtains napping, so as her coat and eye colour develops we look forward to a few more shows.

Tarmac Queen Eliza - Female Kitten (Sepia Spotted) Eliza is cool as a cucumber at home, but on her own terms, and is not a lap cat, so we were unsure as to how she would go at her first show, she behaved very well and put up with all the holding, then retreated behind her curtains, she did not enjoy the noise or atmosphere, so no more shows for our lovely Queen! She got praise for her pattern, build and head type, we hope she can pass some of there lovely traits on to some kittens down the track!

Tarmac Rustleinthejungle - Neuter Kitten  (Brown Spotted) It was SO hard for Russ to stay still for a whole day!!! He behaved very well considering he is a complete nutter and always on the go! We got some nice comment son his glitter and markings, but unfortunately his head shape just isn't quite to standard. It is still fun showing such a cheeky devil, we will continue to show Russ at local shows where is a great example of a friendly pet with a fun personality.

Tarmac Grand Genghis - Neuter Kitten  (Brown Spotted) Genghis is a sooky sweetie, we had no doubt that he would love showing and be a pleasure for everyone to handle. He did us proud and is a wonderful example of temperament. He got some lovely comments on his size, build and excellent coat texture. He was also extremely happy to get a judges choice award. Genghis is a lovely companion and will be coming to as many shows as possible, he is in the running for NSW CFA Cat of the Year.

Purina Sydney Royal Kitten Carnival SYDNEY 17 April

What an experience!! We took 3 of our babies, Magic, Sassy and Muppet who all behaved incredibly well, it was a long day and there were thousands of people coming through! A very hard show as there were so many beautiful kittens, shown by seasoned, successful and experienced breeders, it was wonderful to be apart of it. Unfortunately there was not much commentary during judging, so I don't know what the judges liked or disliked about our cats.

Tarmac Good Magic - Female Kitten (Brown spotted) Magic had a ball, showing off for the judges, and then smooching people all afternoon.

Tarmac Sassy Snowflake - Female Kitten (Sepia Spotted) Sassy was her usual sweet self for judging, she had some lovely cuddles with people and created a bit of interest in the snow colours which was great, but our Sassy likes her beauty sleep and had had enough by the end of the day!

Tarmac Master Muppet -Male Kitten (Brown spotted) Our cheeky monkey enjoyed his first show, and his temperament really shone, he was up against some other lovely bengal boys, so the competition was pretty tough. Congrats to the other breeders who achieved good results with their wonderful boys :) Muppet was a real charmer with the public after judging!

Maclean 2nd Championship Cat Show MACLEAN 30 April

We had a great time at Maclean, a really fun, smaller show as usual all the kitties behaved impecably, they also did very well :) There were lots of lovely cats there and the judging was fabulous, every judge made clear comments on the cats. All the judges had some lovely cuddles with the cats, I think everyone enjoyed the day. A big congratulations to Lyn and her gorgeous Benzots Bengal Boys who did particularly well.

Coffs Harbour Show Society 2011 Cat Show Coffs Harbour 15 May

We had an awesome time at Coffs Harbour 4 cats and our first litter of kittens to be shown! Also a first show for the beautiful Leela owned by Chantelle, so a huge congratulations to them. Again judging was excellent and enjoyable to watch, all judges enjoyed the cats. Overall everyone behaved, but is was a very noisy and busy venue, so we had the odd tantrum!!
